I started my journey as a student manager at Kentucky State University—no title, no spotlight, just a desire to serve, learn, and get better. That journey took me from wiping down floors, cleaning backboards, and chasing rebounds to becoming a college head coach, business owner, and most importantly, a husband and father.

But titles don’t define you. Growth does.

Over the years, I’ve learned that personal development is the real game—and leadership starts on the inside. That’s why I wrote Coaching the Winner Within—to help people grow spiritually, mentally, personally, and financially no matter where they’re starting from.

My Personal motto is “Trust the Grind”—because greatness isn’t about where you begin, it’s about how committed you are to getting better every day.
